Unless otherwise stated, these terms and conditions are applicable to both a la carte and meal plan orders.
An advance order of 3 working days is required.
All orders will be processed once we received an acknowledgement via SMS or email.
Cancellations are not permitted. Any amendments/postponements must be made at least 3 working days prior to the order date.
For meal postponement (maximum 1 day a week), if you are intending to dine out, please notify us at least 3 working days in advance. The meal will be pushed back to a later date.
We will contact the customer within 2 working days upon receiving the electronic order. Customers who did not hear from us are advised to contact us to confirm their order.
An administrative fee of $25 per amendment will be imposed by the Company for any changes (excluding meal postponement) made by the Customer at least 3 days prior to the date of order.
For any amendment made less than 3 days prior to the date of order, an administrative fee of 50% of the total value of the order will be imposed.
Delivery hours: Lunch (9.30 am to 1.30 pm), Dinner (3.30 pm to 7.30 pm).
We deliver from Monday to Sunday and on Public Holidays. For Meal Plan deliveries, please indicate if you wish to skip weekends and Public Holidays.
A delivery charge per trip applies for all A La Carte orders. Delivery charges start from $15 per trip and varies with the order quantity.
A surcharge of $10 applies for all orders should the delivery be to offshore areas (Sentosa, Jurong Island). There will be no waiver of delivery charge for these locations.
Additional surcharge of $10 applied for all orders should the delivery be for CBD and Orchard areas (First 2 digits of postal code: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 & 23, 24).
Please ensure you are at home to receive your delivery. No refunds will be given for failed deliveries. For re-deliveries, there will be a $15 fee.
Delivery to residential areas only*. For condominium delivery, we need your assistance for smooth delivery to your unit. If we are unable to go up to your unit, due to security reasons or any other reasons, we will give you a call. However, if you are unreachable after our third call attempt, we will move on with other delivery and your order will be forfeited.
MENU & PACKAGING
Due to the seasonal nature of vegetables and product availability, we reserve the right to change the menu without notice.
Food items are packed in ready-to-serve containers and boxes.
Pre-packed biodegradable disposable cutleries are provided per every set.
Our containers are microwavable and of food grade material, which is non-toxic and safe for food storage.
Table for food and warmers is not provided.
Keto Meals Catering Pte. Ltd. reserves a right to amend our product packaging without prior notice. All pictures are subject to illustration purposes and may not represent actual items.
Keto Meals Catering Pte. Ltd. shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated timeline.
All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment must be paid up in full before or on the first day of delivery. We reserve the right to terminate service if payment is not paid up in time.
Once payment has been made, there will be no refund should you decide to terminate the service.
All cheques must be crossed and made payable to: Keto Meals Catering Pte. Ltd.
Please ensure that your order number is written on the reverse side of the cheque.
GENERAL POLICY
Keto Meals Catering Pte.Ltd. may amend the terms and conditions, including without limitation, by posting revised terms on its website at the URL https://www.ketocatering.com.sg/, which amended terms and conditions shall be binding upon.
By submitting your order, you agree that we may collect, use, and disclose your personal data, as provided in this application form, for the purpose of our catering service.
By signing up a package with us, you agree to receive all the information about our services.
Our working hours are Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 1pm.
